 ge (PIQ) to provide students with the training and assessments of the NZQA
  accredited Mortgage Strand of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Se
 rvices. The course includes NZQA accredited Mortgage Strand training and b
 usiness and specialist lending\, plus business development management prov
 ided by the PAA. As well as attending the three-days course\, you will be 
 required to complete 4 unit standard assessments to receive the Mortgage A
 dvice Module Certificate.\nThe practical format prepares advisers for thei
 r regulatory requirements\; how to work with lenders\; meeting client need
 s and the practicalities of running a mortgage advice business. The course
  also incorporates feedback from the industry and has received strong supp
 ort from both adviser dealer groups and lenders.\n
