  accredited Mortgage Strand of the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Se
 rvices. The course includes NZQA accredited Mortgage Strand training and b
 usiness and specialist lending\, plus business development management prov
 ided by the PAA. As well as attending the three-days course\, you will be 
 required to complete 4 unit standard assessments to receive the Mortgage A
 dvice Module Certificate.\n\nThe practical format prepares advisers for th
 eir regulatory requirements\; how to work with lenders\; meeting client ne
 eds and the practicalities of running a mortgage advice business. The cour
 se also incorporates feedback from the industry and has received strong su
 pport from both adviser dealer groups and lenders.\n
