 raduates. In 2013 women comprised 61.8% of new admissions to the professio
 n and in 2015 women hold 44.2% of all practising certificates. However\, t
 hese numbers do not extend to the senior leadership levels where women mak
 e up only 27.1% of partners and directors in law firms. The Women in Law L
 eadership Summit 2016 will provide an exceptional platform for women to sh
