 d to attend and meet Barack Obama.\nKatrina Shanks \nKatrina has spent muc
 h of her career in financial services. A Chartered Accountant by trade\, K
 atrina started her career in Audit\, spent time at Newton Fund Management 
 in London and then joined Westpac Trust. She has owned her own small accou
 ntancy business for seven years\, after which she was the Financial Contro
 ller for the National Party.\nKatrina was the CEO of the Funeral Directors
  Association\, where she created unprecedented public awareness for the as
 sociation and its members &ndash\; constantly in the media talking with Ki
 wis about important issues and raising its profile for members.\nKatrina h
 as been the CEO of Financial Advice NZ for a month and is extremely excite
 d about the opportunities to make a real difference in the sector.\nCharlo
 tte Lockhart \nCharlotte spent the first part of her working life working 
 in the Middle East mostly in legal and office supply services. On returnin
 g to New Zealand she purchased one of the first Mike Pero Mortgages franch
 ise\, which she ran for 12 years\, this was the start of a new career in f
 inancial services. Following that\, after a three years establishing the s
 ales department for a roading supplies company she returned to the legal/f
 inancial sector to establish the new mobile sales team for Perpetual Guard
 ian and lead the rebrand.\nThese days she spends her time on their wine bu
 siness\, fundraising for their classic yacht\, Ariki\, projects in philant
 hropy\, work for the commonwealth\, investment in start-ups and independen
 t consumer advocacy. \n
