Grant Unsworth has been appointed property investment manager for Guardian Trust.
Unsworth has previously worked for the New Zealand Housing Corporation and AMP Asset Management. Prior to joining Guardian he was the asset manager for Schroder Properties Ltd in London.
Guardian Trust is responsible for managing and developing the $108 million Guardian Property Fund.
