It has hired Angela Vale, who will be responsible for the design and delivery of Perpetual Guardian's strategic approach to business growth and brand positioning.

She has more than 15 years’ experience leading and building teams in the customer experience and change management spaces.

Vale most recently worked as head of strategic implementation and prior to that head of customer retention and growth at Sovereign, where she led the design and execution of its customer retention strategy and supported its service blueprint for an existing customer base of approximately 650,000.

“Increasingly our society is becoming more diverse, which means now more than ever we should be taking action to safeguard our family networks,” Vale said.

“It begins with having a conversation with your loved ones about your legacy. This can be a difficult conversation to have, but by bringing that fear to the surface we are able to support our clients in the best way possible by educating them on how much it will mean to their family once they are gone. I am proud to be a part of a team who has that at its forefront.”

Founder Andrew Barnes was pleased to have Vale join the business. “With the growth of our business the need to employ top people becomes increasingly important. Angela is a great addition to our experienced team and will be influential in driving the company’s business development and growth.”
