Trustees Executors adds a new director and still searches for a chairman

Trustees Executors has appointed a new non-executive and independent director to its board.

Mark Darrow is the new director. He has extensive governance experience and his participation in the financial services sector. .

“Mark has been actively involved in governance roles for the past 15 years,” TEL chief executive Ryan Bessemer said. “His appointment will enhance the governance and strategic positioning of the board.”

Following a successful 25 year executive career,  Darrow has been actively involved in governance in many sectors, including financial services, investment, infrastructure FMCG, transport, agriculture, health and education. His experience covers listed and private companies, Crown entities and charitable trusts.

Darrow’s appointment coincides with the resignation of director Andrew Scott-Howman. 

Darrow joins David Neidhart and Matt Sale on the board.

An active search continues for a new board chairman.
