Trustees Executors strengthens its board with three new directors to support future growth strategy.

Victoria Grace and Graeme Kirkpatrick have been appointed as directors.

Trustees Executors chief executive Ryan Bessemer, is also joining the board as a director. The three new directors will join current Board member Mr Matt Sale. Former directors Sarah Roberts and Mark Darrow have stepped down from their roles.

Kirkpatrick has an international background in banking and financial services. He has held senior positions at PWC, Deloitte, AIB and JPMorgan.

Grace has been working closely with Trustees Executors over the last 12 months, driving a number of key corporate initiatives involving digital technology assessment and investment.

Bessemer said: “With his background and skills, Graeme will help transform Trustees Executors into a world class financial institution. Victoria’s skills will also be a very useful addition to our board as we reposition the business to be a trusted technology services provider for our customers.

“After 16 months in my current role as CEO of Trustees Executors, I have been asked to join the board as an executive director. I am very pleased to accept the additional responsibilities.

“In the near future we may expand the board representation to further strengthen its experience and expertise as we execute our growth strategy."
