Louise Jelly has been hired as head of people and professional development.
She was previously head of learning and development for KPMG.
Jelly will be responsible for Wealthpoint’s adviser, staff and board member professional development, including the provision of recruitment and adviser support to advisers and member adviser businesses.
She will also oversee internal staff processes, including developing related guidance and tools.
In a past role with AMP, Jelly worked closely with many Wealthpoint advisers, giving her an understanding of the challenges faced by businesses and their advisers.
Arna Harris joins the team as head of finance and operations.
She is a chartered accountant who previously worked at Fidelity Life.
She will oversee Wealthpoint's operational and financial infrastructure, including forecasting, member remuneration processes and reporting.
