Monday, February 3rd 2025, 11:43AM

In a strategic move signalling a ramp-up to its insurance advisory services, New Zealand Home Loans (NZHL) has appointed Michelle Vaughan as Insurance Lead.

Vaughan comes to NZHL with an impressive track record of driving growth and an esteemed reputation within the insurance sector, positioning her perfectly to drive the company's ambitious growth objectives in the insurance domain.

NZHL Group General Manager – Franchise, Brand, and Marketing, Craig Wagstaff, says ”her wealth of experience and alignment with the NZHL ethos make her a valuable addition.”

“Michelle has established strong connections with our network through her role at Fidelity. She is well-respected in the industry and possesses the skills necessary to ensure our advisers are equipped to offer tailored insurance solutions to our clients.

“We aim to ensure more New Zealanders are sufficiently protected with the right insurance cover”.

Vaughan has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services, including roles as an adviser and most recently as a Business Manager at Fidelity Life. Her collaborative approach to building strong relationships and achieving exceptional performance with a focus on best practices led to her being named Fidelity’s Business Manager of the Year — a testament to her expertise and commitment.
