NZ Financial Services Group (NZFSG) has announced a significant new partnership with Cotality, with the aggregator providing mortgage advisers across the network free access to Property Guru—Cotality’s premier property research platform.

Accessible via NZFSG’s CRM platform MyCRM, this initiative marks a major step forward in empowering advisers to deliver greater value across the entire property lifecycle.

By leveraging the same AI-driven property data trusted by banks, advisers can now deliver deeper insights throughout the property journey—from purchase to post-settlement—raising the level of service and setting a new standard in customer experience. The move enhances advisers' role as trusted, long-term partners in their clients' financial lives.

“We’re elevating the trust clients already place in their advisers by combining that personal relationship with Cotality’s market-leading insights,” NZFSG chief executive Baden Martin says.

“This partnership is about delivering a truly holistic finance and property experience — empowering advisers to have more meaningful discussions and guide clients with confidence, well beyond settlement.”

Partnership Highlights:

Cotality International CEO Lisa Claes said: “This partnership between NZFSG and Cotality represents a transformative shift for the mortgage advice industry. With direct access to Property Guru’s unparalleled property insights, advisers will be equipped to deliver faster, data- driven advice that strengthens client outcomes and elevates industry standards.”

NZFSG and Loan Market will provide complimentary Property Guru access to their mortgage advisers starting July 1.
