Dan Walker, Chief Operating Officer, is leaving Partners to take on what Chief Executive Michael Weston says is "an exciting new role outside of the life and health insurance industry."
Walker joined Partners Life in 2012 not long after the launch of Partners Life in its New Business Team. Since then, he has held a number of roles across our operations team as a Claims Manager, General Manager of New Business, Chief of Operations and for the last, almost three years as Chief Operating Officer.
"In many respects, Dan’s career mirrors that of our business – it’s a story of growth," Westen says. "Dan has been a valued member of our Executive Team, a much loved leader within our business and a passionate contributor in our industry."
"While its obviously sad to see Dan leave, this a great opportunity for him to further develop his career and he leaves with our best wishes for his continued success."
His last day is to be confirmed but we will be at Partners' roadshow on October 16.
