Partners Life grabs Chubb's COO

Chubb's chief operating officer moves to competitor Partners Life.

Debbie Eyre is moving from Chubb Life to Partners Life to take up the Chief Operating Officer (COO) starting next month. Eyre brings more than 25 years of executive leadership in banking, investments and insurance, with a reputation for inspiring teams, driving transformation and delivering sustainable growth in complex environments.

She has been with at Chubb/Cigna/ANZ Wealth for the past 10 years.

In a statement Partners says Eyre has transformed operating models, modernised technology platforms, and delivered significant improvements in customer and employee satisfaction. "She is renowned for her strategic thinking, resilience, and ability to inspire teams to embrace innovation and deliver exceptional value."
