Do you have any new advisers with less than 12 months experience? At Partners Life we’ve created the New Adviser Training Course (NATC) to provide support and to encourage financial advisers who are new to the industry.
What is the New Adviser Training Course? The online course is taught by industry leaders who encourage discussions and debates to reinforce the learning syllabus.
When a new adviser participates in the course it means they’ll be in the best position to educate clients about the types of interruptions to their life that they could encounter, and the financial impact these interruptions could have on their lifestyle. New advisers will be better positioned to discuss the types of products best suited when things go wrong. Eligibility criteria To be eligible for entry into the New Adviser Training Course, a new financial adviser needs to meet the following criteria:
Is Level 5 qualified or near completion
Has less than 12 months industry experience
Is registered on the Financial Services Provider Register (FSPR), or near registration
We will send out calendar invites for the course sessions closer to the time, once your registration has been approved by Partners Life.
Attendance at all sessions over the 3 days is compulsory.
Advisers who successfully complete the full course will receive a certificate of completion to recognise their efforts.
