This is a dedicated acquisition role focused on creating opportunities that connect more Kiwis with Fisher Funds' wealth and investment solutions.
What you'll be doing:
- Driving new business growth across Wealth Management, KiwiSaver, and Investment Funds.
- Building and managing referral networks, employer partnerships, and corporate relationships.
- Identifying, qualifying, and progressing high-quality opportunities for Wealth Advisers and Senior Wealth Advisers.
- Acting as the relationship lead for key corporate partners and professional referral networks.
- Delivering workplace engagement initiatives, seminars, and financial wellbeing programmes.
- Representing Fisher Funds within the business community and growing our regional presence.
- Partnering with the Regional Wealth Manager to achieve regional growth and performance targets.
What we're looking for:
- Proven success in business development, account management, corporate partnerships, or financial services.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of generating new business opportunities.
- Exceptional networking, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Confidence presenting to employers, referral partners, and community groups.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to build strong regional connections and work autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of the Taranaki / Waikato business community or the ability to quickly establish a local network.
