Returning Kiwi bolsters ranks at Generate KiwiSaver

A former JP Morgan employee has moved back to New Zealand to take up a role with Generate KiwiSaver.

Ayrton Oliver has returned from London to join Generate KiwiSaver.

Generate KiwiSaver has appointed Ayrton Oliver to its investment team as its fixed income portfolio manager.

Oliver joins Generate from JP Morgan where he was vice president of the portfolio management team which managed the bank’s non-US FX and interest rate risks.

Oliver is Kiwi returning home from London after working offshore for more than eight years.

Generate's lead portfolio manager Sam Goldwater says the company is delighted to be able to continue to attract some of the brightest talent in the market.

"The Generate investment team has grown steadily in recent years and will continue to grow as more New Zealanders make Generate their fund manager of choice for their retirement savings."

Oliver says he's excited to be back home to join the award winning and fast-growing Generate KiwiSaver scheme.

"I look forward to utilizing my experience to help grow the retirement savings of Kiwis."
