Wednesday, April 2nd 2025, 4:04PM

nib has merged its adviser partnerships and group distribution teams resulting in Amanda Savill becoming head of adviser – Life and Health, resulting in Chris Carnall leaving the business.

Savill will lead nib's new business unit, bringing its adviser partnerships and group distribution teams together. As head of this business unit she will drive the implementation and success of both the health and life and living products within the adviser channel.

Savill has extensive experience in insurance, banking, adviser relationships and distribution.

nib has also combined its member engagement and digital transformation teams which will become the digital transformation and service excellence and will be headed by Bryan Munro.

Munro will lead nib's digital transformation initiatives, while driving continuous improvement in service excellence. With extensive expertise in technology, digital enterprise-wide transformation, and process automation he will help shape our digital services and engagement with members, advisers and providers.

Also leaving, besides Carnall is Julie Calder.

nib chief executive Rob Hennin says "Chris has made a significant contribution during his ten years at nib, particularly in his relationships with key stakeholders and the strengthening of the adviser channel. Chris’ dedication to delivering our new Ultimate Life and Living Insurance product suite this year will have a lasting impact."
