Chubb Life has extended its Life Lens underwriting tool to cover all products in its Assurance Extra range, and has also raised the Life Cover limit to $1.5 million.

Previously available only for Life and Trauma cover, Life Lens can now be used across the full Assurance Extra suite — including Complete Disablement, Income Protection, Mortgage Repayment, Specific Injury, Redundancy and Premium Cover.

The tool offers advisers' customers a faster application process through either a fast track or tailored path, with a shorter, bespoke set of questions. The expansion also means existing customers — not just new applicants — can now use Life Lens.

The cover limits available through Life Lens are: Life Cover up to $1.5 million; Trauma Cover up to $1 million; Complete Disablement Cover, TPD-on-Trauma, and CDC + TPD on same application up to $1 million (total CDC plus TPD on Trauma); Income Protection and Mortgage Repayment Cover up to $6,000 per month; and Specific Injury Cover and Premium Cover with no limit.

Chubb Life has also updated its adviser tools, with its Existing Business Pipeline now consolidating all customer policies in one place, including arrears and upcoming anniversaries. The Quote for Alteration tool has been updated with a new Submit button, allowing advisers to send alteration requests directly without downloading and emailing them separately.

Until 28 February 2027, customers can combine two months' free cover, a multi-benefit discount and a 15% Lifetime Reward on eligible new and existing Assurance Extra and Assurance Extra Business policies.
