Fidelity Life relaunches customer engagement initiative

Once again Fidelity Life wants to recognise advisers who go above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service.

Friday, April 19th 2024, 11:54AM

Advisers will be assessed on their customers’ engagement and satisfaction, to be measured by net promoter score ratings.

The 25 top performing advisers will be invited to an advanced customer engagement forum over three days in September advisers can share best practice knowledge and insights and discuss how the financial advice industry can continue to make a real and lasting difference to New Zealanders.

Bronwyn Kirwan, Fidelity Life chief commercial officer, says Fidelity Life’s recent Advice for Good research confirmed that financial advice makes a huge difference to the financial and emotional wellbeing of New Zealanders.

“We’re really proud to stand behind the amazing work our adviser partners do for their customers and for their communities, and relaunching our customer engagement initiative is one way we’re celebrating our best advice professionals.”

Registrations for the 2024 life insurer’s customer engagement initiative close on 10 May, with a qualifying period from April 1 – July 31. The insurer held its first customer engagement initiative in 2020 but it was then put on hold due to Covid.
