AMP Investments has announced the appointment of Anthony Beverley as the executive manager of the soon to be formed AMP NZ Office Trust.

The $650 million unlisted commercial property fund will be managed by AMP Investments.

Beverley was formerly manager strategy and investment for the property team at AMP Investments. In this position he was responsible for the development and implementation of the investment strategy for the fund.

Beverley has a strong research and property background and in 1984 received New Zealand's first Masters in Property, achieving first class honours.
