David Clarke, chief executive designate of the proposed new funds management organisation National Mutual/MLC has announced the senior management team of the new merged group.
All of the designated appointees are from either National Mutual or MLC.
Ross McEwan, who is currently the general manager of National Mutual Financial Services in New Zealand has been appointed general manager (designate) for the merged entity.
