IPAC research manager Mark Long has decided to move to the United States.
Long is due to finish at the end of March and will take a month off to explore the South Island before heading over to the United States.
Daniel Frost will take over manager research responsibilities, with the research function recently being boosted by the employment of Scott Winstone as an Investment Analyst.
IPAC will have three full time investment analysts focused on manager research. Succession plans have been proceeding for several months with little discontinuity expected in the transition.
