Within the merged Colonial/ Prudential group Enzo Silverii has responsibility for all finance functions, excluding actuarial.
Doune Connett will take responsibility for the actuarial division, including MOS reporting and product profitability.
Julian Moore is the general manager of marketing and Philippa Smith is GM legal and compliance.
Human Resources will come under the control of Catherine Macfarlane.
