Further appointments within the merged Colonial/Prudential group include; Craig Alexander as general manager of wholesale, Jim Ryan will be in charge of the expanded role of distribution support, (this include commission payments, incentive administration, and monitoring new business programmes. Also it encompasses lead generation such as telemarketing and financial planning support services), Julie Powell as general manager of customer services and information technology, Stephen Ladanyi is responsible for the overall project management of the integration process and further projects as they develop, and Chris Lelliott will continue his role in the integration programme.
