William Cairns has established a mortgage bank in Auckland with former Profile Publishing general manager James Lockie.
Cairns formerly was the mortgage manager for New Zealand Guardian Trust.
The new company, Cairns Lockie Ltd, will source its funds internationally through fully-owned ABN Amro subsidiary Australian Mortgage Securities.
