College was formerly the marketing manager of Guardian Assurance and will retain responsibility for promoting the investment product range of both Royal & SunAlliance and Guardian Assurance to financial planners and advisers.
Mary Potter has been appointed unit trust development manager for Royal & SunAlliance. In this new role she will assist Rod College to develop unit trust business and her focus will be on the North Island.
