Roger Bell has been appointed managing director of Royal & SunAlliance Insurance and Christine Scott is the new managing director of Royal & SunAlliance Life and Disability.
Both were formerly assistant managing directors.In their new roles Bell will focus on commercial business and fire and general personal lines introduced by brokers, while Scott is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for personal financial services.
She is also responsible for corporate brand management,marketing and communications initiatives and overseeing subsidiary companies SIS and Sun Direct.
Bell is also driving the company's push into workplace accident insurance through the joint venture brand Fusion Insurance.
