AMP says it proposes to appoint Rodney Cook as managing director of its UK Life insurance business Pearl Assurance Plc. Cook, who will report to AMP chief executive George Trumbull, will take up the appointment once regulatory approval is given by UK authorities.
Cook recently finished a three year stint as general manager of AMP New Zealand.
