AMP Asset Management is restructuring its property business to establish a $30 billion global operation, split into five regions.
James Darkins, who currently heads propertyin New Zealand, will lead the Asia-Pacific region.
Head of AMP NZ Office Trust, Anthony Beverley, will become acting head of AMPAM's New Zealand property business.
