John Rowley, who was the former head of broking firm SBC Warburg (previously Buttle Wilson, has taken over the chief executive's role at Challenger in New Zealand.
Challenger promotes the Endowment Warrants (see this page), and last year it bought the Coronet Asset Management business.
Rowley replaces Michael Clarke.
