John Cobb has been appointed head of private client services at JB Were.
He replaces Guy Hedley who has crossed the Tasman and joined an Australian sharebroking firm.
Cobb was has headed up the retail broking desk in Auckland and has most recently been working on the institutional side of the broking business.
