Guardian Trust appoints analyst

Guardian Trust Funds Management has appointed Peter Lynn to the position of quantitative analysis manager.Managing director Anthony Quirk says the position is a newly created one and it is designed to monitor and report the performance of GTFM's portfolios.
He says the role involves portfolio optimisation, making sure there is the right mix of assets, investment performance measures and finding out where the value is being added.
Lynn was formerly with William M Mercer.
