John King Guardian Trust Appointment

Royal & SunAlliance appoint John King as a Director of Guardian Trust and Guardian Trust Funds Management.

John King has been appointed a director of Guardian Trust and Guardian Trust Funds Management. The senior partner at Russell Mc Veagh, King has over 30 years experience in New Zealand business, and is currently a director of Telecom New Zealand and WestpacTrust Investments. He is also chairman of the Takeovers Panel.

Announcing the appointment Alan Bradley CEO, Royal & Sun Alliance (New Zealand) Limited said, "I am delighted to welcome John to the board of our Trust and Funds Management businesses. John has a wealth of knowledge and experience particularly in the corporate trust area. I am confident he will give insightful direction to both Guardian Trust and Guardian Trust Funds Management."
