Mercer's new head of research

Mercer Investment Consulting, a specialist global practice group of William M. Mercer, has appointed Frank Jasper as head of research for New Zealand.
Prior to joining Mercer, Jasper was employed by Tower Asset Management for eight years, most recently as global analyst and previously as manager of investment accounting.
Jasper will be based in Mercer's Wellington office and will commence full-time employment on 8 January 2001.
