Royal & Sunalliance appoints new Technology Support Manager

Rillian Hearst has been appointed as Technology Support Manager for Royal & SunAlliance Life's new Strategic Partners business unit.

In this newly created role, Mr Hearst will be focusing on providing a range of technology support services to Royal & SunAlliance Life's strategic partners.

He has 13 years' financial services experience and has been with Royal & SunAlliance for all of that time, mainly working in customer service roles.

Mr Hearst is a member of the Call Centre Management of New Zealand (CCMANZ) and the New Zealand Direct Marketing Association (NZDMA).
