Russell appoints new consultant

John Williams has been appointed as a consultant with Frank Russell Company (NZ) Ltd.
His responsibilities include the provision of consulting services to locally-based superannuation funds and charitable institutions.
Williams has extensive experience in the New Zealand funds management industry, having worked in a wide number of roles - as analyst, portfolio manager and dealer - for several major institutions. He has been responsible for equities or strategic investment management for three major New Zealand fund managers, his most recent position being investment strategist at Citibank.
He was a private client adviser at JBWere in Auckland before joining Russell.
Williams has tutored Economics and Statistics at both Canterbury and Auckland universities.
