St Laurence appoints two new people

John McGillivray has joined St Laurence Group as lending manager. He has a wealth of commercial property lending experience, which includes stints at the TAB, UDC Finance, and from 1986-2001 at BNZ Finance.
He has specialised in commercial, industrial and development property financing.
Tim Rosenberg has also joined the company and will work on sourcing new investment opportunities as well as managing some of the existing investments.
He has 15 years experience across a variety of areas in the commercial and industrial property sector including valuation, property management and agency. As a past director of Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) he had overall responsibility for the development of property management and agency business for the Wellington operation but with a day-to-day focus on sales.
