NZSE's new directors

Friday, December 21st 2001, 12:31PM
The New Zealand Stock Exchange has appointed three independent directors as part of its progression towards a demutualised structure and commercial operation.
The three appointees are company director and investment banker Tim Saunders, commercial solicitor Andrew Harmos and investment banker Lloyd Morrison.
Saunders is a director of Auckland investment bank Northington Partners and is also a director of several prominent companies.
Harmos is senior commercial partner with Russell McVeagh and has extensive experience in capital raising and IPOs.

Morrison is the principal of HRL Morrison and Co, a specialist infrastructure sector manager and investment bank in Wellington.
These three people replace Hamish Taylor, Malcolm Brown and former NZSE chairman Eion Edgar.
