All the senior advisers from Credit Suisse First Boston's retail advisory business have joined First New Zealand Securities (FNZS).
FNZS was established on March 1 after CSFB decided to exit the retail advisory business.
The new company is chaired by former Credit Suisse First Boston NZ Securities chairman, and long time broker, Bryan Johnson.
The other directors of the company are Rue Bourke, Adrian Durham, Murray Graham, Philip Hunter and Brian Moss.
The company is currently recruiting a ceo.

The company is New Zealand owned and managed and 17 of the senior advisers, as well as the directors, are shareholders.
FNZS has a strategic alliance with CSFB, which gives it access to global research. It also is CSFB's preferred distributor for all new New Zealand issues.
CSFB has no ownership - through debt or equity - in FNZS.
