New head at Forsyth Barr

Forsyth Barr has appointed Shane Edmond to the position of head of retail broking. Edmond joins Forsyth Barr from JB Were. He has worked in private client and institutional broking roles for 15 years.
With over 90 advisors spread through 10 offices nationwide, this is a key appointment for Forsyth Barr, managing director Neil Paviour-Smith says.
Edmond starts his new role on April 16.
