New KIPT chair

Kiwi Income Properties Limited, the manager of the Kiwi Income Property Trust, has appointed Jim Syme as its new independent director and chairman.
Syme replaces Robert Narev who is stepping down as chairman after nine years in the role. Narev will continue as an independent director.
Syme is an experienced public company director. Among his other directorships are ASB Bank, Waste Management, MetroWater, Software of Excellence International, and Eldercare. ASX Listing
