Calan Healthcare Properties has announced a change in the management of the company. Martin Lyttelton will resign as chief executive on June 30, but will remain a director of the manager.
Lyttelton has been chief executive and managing director of the trust manager since the inception of Calan Healthcare Properties Trust in 1994 and led the trust through its listing on the NZSE.
Chief operating officer Miles Wentworth will take over as chief executive on July 1. He join the board of the manager as a director.
