Ed Smith leaves Frank Russell

Ed Smith has left the Frank Russell group to head up Trust Investments Management Ltd. This group is owned by Anglian Church and specialises in providing advice to the charitable trust sector.
Smith says the role is more of a technical one than what he had at Frank Russell. Trust Investments looks after money for the Melanesian Mission, St Johns Trust (which owns lots of the land around Parnell and Kohimarama in Auckland) and it has about 40 smaller clients.
