Trustee Executors appoints new board member

Trustees Executors chairman, John Grace, has announced the appointment of John Hagen to the company's board.Hagen is chairman of Deloitte in New Zealand and is a well known and respected company director based in Auckland. He is expected to make an excellent contribution to the already strong direction and governance of Trustees Executors, formerly Tower Trust.
Hagen is a partner in Deloitte's corporate finance division and acts as an advisory partner for some of the firm's more important clients.
He has a background in financially based investigation services and much of his present work is in the financial advisory, valuation and litigation support areas and in specialised accounting and governance issues.
He holds or has held a number of directorships and advisory positions in the private and public sectors.
