Sovereign appoints doctor to claims team

Dr Vriens is a qualified medical doctor and joins the Sovereign team from Southern Cross where he has been working as a clinical director for HealthWorks.
He has considerable experience clinically as well as in product development, operations, medical assessments, setting up contracts with medical suppliers and technology development.
"With the complex nature of claims it’s vital for insurance companies to hire medical specialists," Sovereign managing director says.
