Shewan new chairman

John Shewan will be chairman and Warwick Hunt chief executive.
Shewan, a tax specialist, will be responsible for the firm's overall market position, governance and partnership matters.
Hunt, a financial specialist, will be responsible for strategic direction, managerial and operational aspects.
