Fiona Hermans returns to CIGNA

This role is responsible for managing the underwriting function at CIGNA to ensure that risks are assessed accurately and consistently within agreed service levels.

Before joining CIGNA, Hermans undertook contract consulting and underwriting roles for a wide variety of insurers in New Zealand. Prior to this she held the role of divisional underwriting consultant for Swiss Reinsurance based in Zurich. She previously worked for CIGNA up until October 1996 as senior underwriter.
