The AXA Ambition Financial Planning Scholarship will be offered to a maximum of four (4) new entrants to the financial planning industry annually.The successful applicants will commit to a number of training initiatives and regular update and learning sessions facilitated by AXA.
They will have regular contact with a number of key AXA managers, and the opportunity to meet with leading financial services product and service providers. Each quarter will have its own focus, and the training and discussion sessions will focus on gaining competence in each of these key areas of financial planning.
At the end of each quarter, the progress of the scholarship recipients will be assessed and any ongoing gaps in knowledge will be identified and addressed.
