Dyer appointed GM

Philip Dyer; BCom, CA, CICM, CSAP, has been appointed general manager of Public Trust’s corporate trustee services division, a position previously held by Don Mather.
Before this appointment, Dyer was manager client services with corporate trustee services. He joined Public Trust in 2000 and has extensive financial experience, having worked in the Chartered Accounting, Capital Markets and Managed Funds fields. He has been responsible for establishing numerous trusts and associated arrangements for clients. He has also been successfully involved in a number of restructurings and insolvencies.
A chartered accountant and investment analyst, Dyer has over 14 years’ experience in corporate trusts and previously held senior management roles with a major chartered accountancy firm here and in the United Kingdom, and a national broking and investment banking firm.
