New super person at Phillips Fox

Cross was formerly a senior associate in Phillips Fox’s Wellington office. She specialises in managed funds securities law and superannuation. Her practice includes product development, advertising and compliance, and investment management and custody agreements. Cross also advises on equity, debt and other securities issued by foreign and domestic issuers and the application of New Zealand's securities laws.

Cross now assists in leading the largest dedicated funds management and superannuation team in New Zealand. She is also the chairperson of Women in Super (NZ) Inc - a national non-profit organisation of women associated with the superannuation industry in New Zealand.
